Kinder Bueno Hazelnut Truffles

Kinder Bueno Hazelnut Truffles

Today, I’m sharing homemade Kinder Bueno Truffles made with white chocolate, hazelnut butter, condensed milk, hazelnuts and biscuits. They taste just like the luscious Kinder Bueno cream filling. It’s hands down my favourite chocolate bar. The delicious hazelnut cream in the centre is just perfection.  I had to figure out a combination of ingredients to get the same flavour as the Kinder Bueno cream. And after a few tries, it was spot on. After indulging in a lot of it straight out of the bowl, I decided to add hazelnuts and biscuits and turn it into truffles.

How to make Kinder Bueno Filling Truffles

It’s one of my quick and easy recipes, you know how much I love those. It’s also a no bake recipe, just a little microwave action and you’re good to go. Simply melt the chocolate, add the condensed milk and hazelnut butter, mix in the ground hazelnuts and biscuits, and you’re almost done! Have a little taste cause you know you deserve it, then put away your spoon and refrigerate for at least an hour. This step is needed so you can roll the mixture into truffles. Then roll over more ground hazelnuts and biscuits and chill once more. You can finally indulge!

Kinder Bueno Hazelnut Truffles

Every bite of these truffles tastes like pure indulgence, which is my goal in pretty much anything I make. I love them as they are, but you can also drizzle the truffles with melted milk chocolate or roll them in cocoa powder. If you want even more luxurious truffles, add a chocolate shell by dipping the entire truffle into melted chocolate. For a crisp shell, make sure to temper the chocolate first. Either way, I am sure you will enjoy them!

As always, let me know if you make them, I’d love to see!

Happy indulging,

Kim x

Hi Kimberly! These look amazing, quick question- if you canā€™t access hazelnut butter would hazelnut spread work in itā€™s place?

Hi Anna! Sorry for the late reply. You can try but it would probably change both the taste and texture. I suggest using a different nut butter instead. šŸ™‚

Been over 2 hours in fridge and still too soft and liquidy to roll :/ Quite disappointing

Hi Rachel. You can add more ground biscuits if the mixture is still too soft after 1 hour as per step 5 and it should be ready to roll after another hour in the fridge! šŸ™‚

So glad to hear it worked out for you! šŸ˜€ Many things can vary such as measuring/cup sizes, kitchen/fridge temperature and other factors so it’s important to adjust as needed. šŸ˜‰

How long do these last before they go off?

Hi Niamh. I wouldn’t leave them for longer than a week. They will probably still be ok to eat but might get dry and be less tasty. šŸ™‚
