If you want to make something delicious in under 8 minutes with minimal effort, this is the recipe for you! A quick and easy, no-bake one-bowl recipe that you can make in the microwave. (Because we all know a pile of dishes in the sink that’s about to topple over after baking is an actual nightmare.) I guarantee everyone will love this, kids and adults alike. This Chocolate Fudge with candy & biscuits recipe MUST be bookmarked for future reference. Late night cravings? Last-minute party invite? No worries just make fudge!
There are two ways to make fudge; the first one is the traditional fudge and is made on a stove top using heavy cream, butter, sugar and milk. The second method (this recipe) is the sweetened condensed milk fudge and has only 4 base ingredients; sweetened condensed milk (duh!), chocolate, butter and vanilla extract. It’s completely fool-proof – 4 ingredient Fudge in under 4 minutes almost sounds too good to be true. Simply melt the chocolate of your choice with the butter, pour in the condensed milk and vanilla, add candy, stir and pour into a lined dish.
This recipe is totally customizable, which I love! For this one, I used a variety of 4 chocolate candies and digestive biscuits (Graham crackers for those in the USA). It’s delicious and indulgent and very rich. Just one serving satisfies my cravings, although my lack of self-control means I’ll probably eat several. I’ve made variations of this fudge recipe so many times, so I will share my favourites with you. Keep in mind that dark chocolate sets firmer than milk or white chocolate, so adjust recipe accordingly.

This Chocolate Fudge with candy & biscuits is rich and indulgent. It's a fool-proof, no-bake, one-bowl, 4-ingredient recipe done in under 8 minutes. Dish size: 10cm by 25cm. Tip: Work quickly while the mixture is still hot as it starts to get stiff as it cools down. Chocolate candy: This is completely up to preference. I used m&m's, smarties and maltesers. Storage: Store in a cool dry place in Winter and in the refrigerator in Summer for up to a week.Chocolate Fudge with Candy & Biscuits
