When I started to really get into baking, I compiled a list of bakes and desserts that I wanted to challenge myself to make. Whenever something would pop into my head, I would add it to the list. Soon enough, it had grown to the Sweet Index you see below,  a list of around 120 treats. When the sugar cravings hit, I pick a dessert, choose a flavour and get baking!
