Hi Kimberly! These look amazing, quick question- if you can’t access hazelnut butter would hazelnut spread work in it’s place?
Kimberly Magri24th May 2020 - 2:31 pm
Hi Anna! Sorry for the late reply. You can try but it would probably change both the taste and texture. I suggest using a different nut butter instead. :)

Been over 2 hours in fridge and still too soft and liquidy to roll :/ Quite disappointing
Kimberly Magri16th February 2021 - 8:01 pm
Hi Rachel. You can add more ground biscuits if the mixture is still too soft after 1 hour as per step 5 and it should be ready to roll after another hour in the fridge! :)

So glad to hear it worked out for you! 😀 Many things can vary such as measuring/cup sizes, kitchen/fridge temperature and other factors so it's important to adjust as needed. 😉

How long do these last before they go off?
Kimberly Magri2nd February 2021 - 10:54 pm
Hi Niamh. I wouldn't leave them for longer than a week. They will probably still be ok to eat but might get dry and be less tasty. :)

Hi. Sorry for the late reply. Any brand works, I usually use 100% pure hazelnut butter! :)
