Homemade Mini Beef Burgers (Sliders)
Mini beef burgers with juicy homemade burger patties and everything you could ever want in a burger. Perfect for parties and get-togethers!
Ingredients
Mini Burger Patties
- 800g Minced Beef, 30% Fat
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp of each Spice/Herb (Oregano, Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder)
- 1 tbsp Garlic Butter
- Salt, to taste (added when frying)
- Sliced Red Leicester Cheese (added when frying)
Homemade Beef Burgers
- Small Burger Buns
- Burger Sauce
- Crispy Back Bacon
- Mini Beef Patties with Cheese
- Crunchy Onion Ring
- Caramelised Onions
- More Burger Sauce
Instructions
- Mix with minced beef with the sauces, spices, herbs, and butter just until combined.
- Form into patties using a small ice cream scoop and make a dent with your finger (so the patty stays flat)
- Freeze in a single layer in an airtight container for around 1 hour or until the patties are firm enough to cook. De-frost slightly if needed.
- Fry on medium-high heat and add salt. Flip the patty and add a layer of cheese. Cover the pan to help it melt faster.
- To assemble, layer all the burger ingredients into your mini burger buns and hold everything together with a skewer.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Storage: Keep the burger patties in the freezer with each patty covered in parchment in an airtight container for up to 1 month. De-frost in the fridge before cooking.
Homemade Burger Sauce: Ketchup, Mayo, Smoky BBQ, Mustard, and Honey.
